Digitise and automate, then show the proof
We the UAE 2031 includes digital transformation and more efficient operations. Tag’n’Track is the platform that digitises and automates the work behind that: asset and stock registers, receiving and dispatch, maintenance checks, document custody and workforce access, all on one live record. Below are the rules and standards that matter most in the UAE, and how the platform helps you meet and show them.
Rules and standards, and how we help
1. National vision and digital programme
The rule: We the UAE 2031 is the country’s ten-year plan, launched in 2022. It includes faster digital government and a larger digital economy.
How Tag’n’Track helps: One live record of assets, stock, files and people, with scan-based counts and approvals, so digital transformation reaches the shop floor and the store room.

2. E-invoicing
The rule: The Ministry of Finance is introducing a national e-invoicing system in phases under Ministerial Decisions 243 and 244 of 2025. Reports put the first mandatory phase at 1 January 2027. Check the Ministry of Finance for the dates that apply to you.
How Tag’n’Track helps: Your ERP or invoicing system issues the e-invoice. Tag’n’Track gives it accurate, live stock and asset data, so what you invoice matches what you hold.

3. Radio equipment approval
The rule: The Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA) registers and approves radio equipment. RFID devices are among the categories that need approval before they are sold or used in the UAE.
How Tag’n’Track helps: We confirm the approval status of readers and tags before they are ordered, so hardware is cleared before it ships.

4. Personal data
The rule: Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 sets the rules for personal data, and the UAE Data Office oversees it. Transfers abroad are limited, and free zones such as DIFC and ADGM have their own regimes.
How Tag’n’Track helps: You decide what is collected, and attendance, visitor and access data can stay on infrastructure you choose. Your legal team confirms the transfer rules.

5. Cybersecurity
The rule: The UAE Cyber Security Council leads national cybersecurity policy, and the Cabinet has approved a set of national cybersecurity policies.
How Tag’n’Track helps: Choose cloud, hybrid or on-premise hosting and give each role the access it needs, so your security team can map the platform to the controls that apply to you.

6. International standards
The rule: Many organisations in the region also work to ISO 55001 (asset management), ISO/IEC 27001 (information security) and the ISO/IEC 18000-63 (EPC Gen2) standard for UHF RFID.
How Tag’n’Track helps: Tag’n’Track provides the asset records, history and standard-based tracking these frameworks rely on. Certification stays with you and your auditor.
