What is the Tag'n'Track Platform?
A hardware-agnostic RFID and IoT platform developed by Kingscote Inc. It gives organisations one place to register devices, tags and users, process tracking events, automate workflows and connect to business systems. Start with one solution, such as Organisational Asset Management, and add more on the same platform, devices and users.
How the platform works
From a tagged item to an automatic action in six steps.
1. Tag
Attach RFID, NFC, QR code or barcode tags to assets, stock, documents or equipment, or fit IoT sensors and GPS trackers.
2. Capture
Handheld readers, fixed readers, gates, phones and sensors send their reads to the platform. Only registered devices and tags are accepted.
3. Track
The event engine turns raw reads into movements, locations, status changes and exceptions, in real time.
4. Act
Rules trigger alerts, tasks and approvals. With FormsFlow (add-on), a scan opens the right form and starts the right task.
5. Connect
Clean events flow to your ERP, WMS, CMMS, HMIS/EHR or BI tools through REST APIs and connectors.

Which hardware does it work with?
It is hardware-agnostic. It works with RFID, NFC, QR code, barcode, IoT sensor and GPS devices from all leading manufacturers, so you are not tied to one brand.
Do we need the mobile app?
No. Everything works in a web browser. For scanning in the field, working without internet and instant alerts, we recommend the Mobile App add-on.
Can it run on our own servers?
Yes. With the Deployment Options add-on, the platform can run in the cloud, on your own servers or in a hybrid set-up.
Does it integrate with our ERP or WMS?
Yes. The platform provides REST APIs, event mechanisms and connectors for ERP, WMS, CMMS, HMIS/EHR, POS, document management and BI systems.
Can we start small and add more later?
